Is a 100% of Chardonnay from Chouilly and Cuis, from vines planted in 1964.
It’s composed of a blend of Grand Cru and Premier Cru.
A delicate and feminine Champagne that has fine bubbles with a creamy mouth feel.
This Cuvée is perfect for connoisseurs.
It’s a Champagne of thirst, perfect for aperitif and with fish thanks to its lemony taste.
We like the fresh mouth that it leaves.

Is a Grand Cru from Aÿ, that is a 100% Pinot Noir.
Mostly from vines planted in 1960. This Cuvée received two stars in the 2009 Guide Hachette.
Its characteristics are represented by its powerful, the long finish in mouth and the fine bubbles.
It’s a good choice for cocktail parties, also to drink throughout a diner.
Perfect with foie gras and white meat. Dosage 5 g/l.
