TFROM HARVEST TO BOTTLING
This white wine is aged in stainless steel tanks, and then, depending on the grape variety and tasting, born Champagne “Cuvée Diane” (Blanc de Blancs), “Cuvée des Clés” (Pinot Noir), “Cuvée Rosé Marie Aimer”, and the Vintage.
Since 3 years now, a new blending, which is aging in oak barrels, improves slowly in the heart of our cellars.
It is not less than twelve persons who are required to bottling.
The aim of a work started in the vineyard 19 months earlier and will peacefully age several years in the cellars…
All these steps, which are counted in years, from our meetings to your purchases.
Finally comes the opportunity of a lovely time, favorable for tasting and senses pleasures.
We are lucky to be at your sides, through the trade shows, or during your moments of joy and festivity.
Comes the disgorging time.
The metal caps are removed from the bottles, the dosage is done and the bottles are corked.
The bottles will rest few months in the cellar before being shipped.
